The staff of UnitedChat are a friendly bunch of volunteers who can be contacted in a few different ways
On IRC
You guessed it. We can be contact on IRC directly (being that we are an IRC Network, it would be silly if this wasn't the case). You can contact us on our IRC network in the #Chat channel. Our staff can be found by users with the unitedchat/staff/[nickname] hostmask. We also supply a list of staff on our about page
Submit a ticket
If you are looking for support and can't find anyone on IRC (or having trouble connecting the IRC!) then please submit a support ticket. We try to answer all tickets within 48 hours.
